THE HAMLETS:
PIEVE Walking through the alleys you can immediately understand why this small hamlet was awarded in the 2009 as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
What makes Pieve unique are the breathtaking views overlooking the lake, also known as the TERRACES of the thrill.
STRADA DELLA FORRA is one of the highlights of Tremosine! This stunning road connects Pieve di Tremosine to the lake. A real gem, set in the bowels of the mountain, along the rift.
CAMPIONE is well known for its beach and for any types of water sports activities. Wind always blows here allowing kitesurf, windsurf and sail lovers to have high performances. In fact Campione host some international sailing competitions.
VESIO
here you find Valle di Bondo, the ideal place to have a picnic. Along the river several natural pools have been created, excellent for cooling off in the warmer months.
A popular destination for mountain bike and ebike enthusiasts. In fact, the well-known Tremalzo bike tour starts here, a challenging itinerary of 45 km inside the Alto Garda Park.
Passo Nota is part of this circuit, and is also now accessible by car thanks to an alternative tarmac road; on the top there are two refuges open during the tourist season.
Numerous armies passed through Passo Nota, in the First World War it became the pivot of defense on the Upper Garda Front, so much so that it hosted the Sub-Sector Command. Today it is possible to follow several kilometers of emplacements, with ambushes in caverns, concrete casemates and pitches for cannons, well connected by spectacular military roads carved into the rock and by a capillary network of paths that can still be traveled today.
The valleys of SERMERIO have always been planted with vines since ancient times. At the end of the last century, this crop was partly abandoned, re-discovered a few years ago and now has an excellent production of wine.
